Hollyn Duay is a senior this year at Ascension. She is involved in volleyball, SADD, and young life. She loves to go shopping and hanging out with her friends during her free time. Her favorite places to shop at boutiques and online at revolve. Environmental science is Hollyn’s favorite class because she “gets to learn about interesting things.” Going to the beach with her family this summer was her favorite thing she did.  She is super excited about college because she can’t wait to move out and have freedom. Hollyn has been playing volleyball for ten years now and she enjoys it because when she gets on the court she doesn’t worry about anything else but volleyball. She met some of her friends through volleyball, and she says, “I’ve made bonds that I never thought I would.” Her position in volleyball is a defensive player. She has two other siblings that go to different schools than her. Hollyn is super excited to be a senior because of all the privileges we get to have.
