Name? Addie Vidrine

How long have you attended Ascension? My whole life.

Do you play any sports for Ascension? I play volleyball and manage basketball.

Favorite teacher at Ascension? My favorite teacher is Mrs. Small because she’s not only a great teacher, but she also knows exactly what to say to me and when to say it. She is always there with advice. I specifically asked her to come to senior night for volleyball and she immediately put it down on her calendar and showed up for me.

Favorite Ascension memory? My favorite Ascension memory would have to be whenever a fight broke out in the middle of the airport in the fifth grade on the way home from Washington D.C.  Mrs. Gibson took off her heels like she was about to throw some hands and the people fighting started to fall over us. I swear Mrs. Gibson was about to clock someone and we still talk about it to this day.

Get to know Addie. . .

What is something that you would change about Ascension? If I could change anything at Ascension, I would make our lunch longer.

Plans after high school? I will continue my volleyball career at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith.

What do you think the greatest invention of all time is? The Boston Tea Party.

What is one thing that is on your bucket list? Skydiving after college.
