Vivian Fontenot (Viv) is a senior here at Ascension. She was just on homecoming court about two weeks ago.  She was most likely chosen because of her bubbly and uplighting personality. If you were to walk pass Viv in the halls, expect her to come up to you and enthusiastically ask you how your day is.

Here’s what Viv had to say about her personal experience with being on Homecoming Court:

“It was an absolute dream and I loved every second of it, and I love the girls I was able to experience it with even more. It was a truly humbling experience that I never imagined I’d have the privilege of being able to take part in, especially considering my recent arrival to Ascension. Plus, who doesn’t love dressing up for school every day for school and walking around like you’re Miss America! LOL! I have loved Ascension and have felt like I have a place to call home and beautiful girls I will call my friends for a lifetime.”
