Favorite teacher: Ms. G and Ms. Callais 

Favorite Ascension memory: Helping out with planning, and making all the student led events happen. 

Future plans: Attend either Louisiana Tech or UL to major in Nursing.

During Mary Frances’ time at Ascension she has been involved both academically and athletically. The sports she participated in are volleyball and tennis. She is also involved in leadership, BETA Club, the National English, Science, and History honor societies. In her free time outside of school she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends!

“My favorite thing about Ascension is that you can be a part of so many things and are not limited to just one specific area of interest.” She describes herself as kind, generous, and helpful. She says, “One fun fact about me is that I know how to make paper cranes.”

Some advice she would give to younger students is, “Just be yourself and try anything and everything this school has to offer!” Something she would like to add is, “Just try and get out of your comfort zone because you are in high school only once so make the most out of it.”
