Hi, I am Andrew Allemand, and I am taking Journalism for the 2025-2026 school year. I am currently a Senior at Ascension Episcopal School and have been here since I was in sixth grade. I took Journalism last semester, and I mostly just wrote reviews on video games and movies that I liked. I really liked taking journalism last semester because I could put my thoughts down into words and publish them. Besides Journalism, I am a part of the Gaming Club, and I am also a part of the Beta Club, National Honors Society, National English Honors Society, and Mu Alpha Theta Club (also known as the Math Honors Society), the Science Honors Society, and the Rho Kappa (also known as the History Honors Society). In my little free time, I play some video games. My favorite video game is probably Sonic X Shadow Generations (although that kind of changes all the time). I am also a fan of movies. My favorite movies are Shrek and Spaceballs. I am also a Marvel fan. My favorite Marvel movies are the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, the Deadpool movies, and the Spiderverse movies. I also like to walk my dog in my free time. It is an honor to be a part of Journalism class, and I am excited for the things I will do in the future of this class.
