Upper School Lock In is the Key to a Fun Friday Night

On Friday Jan. 20th, Ascension Episcopal School will hold its second annual Lock In right here at Sugar Mill Pond.  The Lock In will be just like last year, costing $30 a person. This year students can bring a student from another school after filling out a permission slip form and their money. The lock in will begin at approximately 8 p.m after the varsity basketball game and end at around 7 a.m the next morning.

Last year was AES first Lock In and the many students enjoyed it and had great things to say about it.

“My favorite thing about the lock in last year was actually not sleeping the entire night,” said Junior Laura Lee. “At one point, I think I was actually the only one awake.”

“My favorite part about the lock in last year was playing Wii ‘Just Dance”‘in the classrooms,” said Junior Adley Schmid.

The activities that are going to be held are the same as last year, such as movies, video games, and fun jumps. Although if you have any suggestions for new activities that you would like to see at this years Lock In, you can contact Mrs. Arabie.
