Yesterday, Wednesday the 12th of homecoming week, Coach Walker made an announcement preventing any future classes from making the venture to the oh so desired Sonic. What were his basis for making this decision? What did Sonic ever do to him?

All Sonic has ever done is be a a consistent friend who is always there, arms wide open, ready to equip Ascension students with the most favorable slushes, or, if you’re Ms. Cuchiarra, the perfectly deep fried cheddar peppers. With that being said, trips to Sonic should continue to happen, and, if anything, should only increase.

As an incentive, Sonic even gives us a discounted time of the day, which we refer to as Happy Hour. This is a magical time of the day that occurs between the hours of 2-4 P.M. During this time, one can receive their favorite slush for half the price! Cool, right? My case is settled, and the question stands; what did Sonic ever do to receive this criticism and harsh treatment?
